Return and exchange policy

At Mizarij, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. As each piece is unique and carefully crafted, we encourage you to read our return policy carefully.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with French law, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Return conditions

To be accepted, your return must meet the following conditions:

The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn and unwashed.
The labels must be intact.
The original packaging must be kept
The room must show no signs of use, perfume, or makeup.

Return procedure

To make a return:

Contact us by email at contact@mizarij.com , indicating your order number.
We will send you the return instructions.
Return the part in its original packaging to the address indicated.
Once the return has been received and verified, we will process the refund within 14 days.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective product.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To obtain a different size or model, please return the item and place a new order.

Unique pieces and special creations

Unique pieces or special creations cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

Defective products

If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately at contact@mizarij.com with photos. We will arrange for return and replacement or refund.
