Article 2 - Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sales of exceptional couture creations made by Mizarij through its online store mizarij.myshopify.com

Article 3 - Price

Prices are shown in euros (EUR), inclusive of all taxes (VAT). Mizarij reserves the right to change its prices at any time, it being understood that the price displayed on the website on the day of the order will be the only price applicable to the buyer.

Article 4 - Orders

Any order placed on the website constitutes a distance contract between the customer and Mizarij. The sale will only be considered final after the customer receives confirmation of order acceptance by email and after full payment has been received.

Article 5 - Payment

Payment is made securely online by credit card or any other payment method offered on the website. The credit card is debited upon order confirmation.

Article 6 - Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on the creation, as each piece is unique. An estimated delivery time will be provided when you place your order. Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer during the ordering process. Mizarij cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier.

Article 7 - Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to provide any justification or pay any penalty. The return procedure is detailed in our Return Policy.

Article 8 - Guarantees

All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).
